"SCD Solutions" is a group of SCD counselors that have been approved by Elaine Gottschall.
Counseling sessions are done over the phone.
The cost is $50 per hour, paid to the individual counselor in advance.
Some counselors accept personal checks, others accept PayPal as well. Payment options need to be discussed with the individual counselor.
When you contact a counselor by e-mail, you will be sent a form to fill out. One form is for someone just starting the diet. The other is for someone having trouble who is already on the diet.
Completing this form will help each counselor be prepared to discuss your specific needs during your first phone consultation, which will save time (and money).
