1 1/2 cup mixed ground nuts
4 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Grind nuts in food processor. Remove nuts.
Blend all other ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Add ground nuts and blend again until smooth.

For pancakes, prepare in hot greased skillet.

For flatbread, grease a jelly roll pan and pour batter into pan. Spread out evenly.
Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
