VEGGIE PIZZA

PIZZA CRUST=Mixed Nut Pancakes
1 1/2 cup mixed ground nuts
4 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Grind nuts in food processor. Remove nuts.
Blend all other ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Add ground nuts and blend again until smooth.
Use 1/4 cup batter and prepare in hot, greased 7-inch skillet.

Veggie pizza with guacamole, shredded carrots, sliced olives and tomatoes.
