Gottschall Autism Center Fundraiser Pam Ferro was the first DAN clinician to implement SCD for autism and started a movement to get recognition for SCD from the doctors who treat autism. Due to the efforts of Pam and others, SCD is now an optional part of the Defeat Autism Now (DAN) protocol. Pam Ferro has developed a SCD protocol that is getting fantastic results. She is working with supplement experts to design supplements that will work best with SCD. Last fall, Pam Ferro began an effort launch the Gottschall Autism Center. The center addresses two critical needs: (1) Treatment for children with autism, including parent education (2) Opportunities for autistic individuals reaching adulthood The center will become a model for the treatment of autism and will inspire other medical practitioners to use the wonderful treatment modality that Pam Ferro has developed.
