BEEF CRUSTED PIZZA

4-6 ounces minced beef
Preheat oven to 250 F. Form meat into a patty and press it out on a baking pan pressed as thinly as possible. Bake until the meat is done. Low heat controls the shrinkage.
Pull the pan out. Pour off any fat and broth (spread with your favorite homemade pizza sauce, top with cheese, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve in wedges.
TIP: If excluding dairy, use only the beef crust and sauce, or add favorite veggies, peeled, seeded, and sauted first tender in a little olive oil. You can save or freeze the drained broth to flavor something else.
