CHICKEN NUGGETS

Nut flour
crushed fresh garlic
salt
pepper
papkrika
dried parsley
(all spices to taste)
eggs
Combine nut flour, crushed fresh garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and dried parsley flakes to taste.
The result should resemble seasoned cornflake crumbs in color.
Dip bite-sized pieces of chicken in beaten egg, then roll in the nut-flour
mixture.
Fry in oil on both sides until coating is golden.
