COLORFUL VEGGIES

4 Carrots
1 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash (or a 2nd zucchini)
clove of garlic
2-3 TBL butter (or oil)
seasonings (salt, pepper, basil etc)
Cut veggies like coins (about 1/4 inch).
Steam until desired
consistency.
While they are steaming, melt butter.
Stir in pressed
garlic and seasonings.
After draining veggies pour butter mixture on
top and mix.
