COOKIE PRESS COOKIES

500 grams nut flour
5 eggs
3 tablespoons honey
1 big teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
generous pinch of salt
5 tablespoons of (clarified) melted butter

You see that you need 1 egg to each 100 grams of nut flour.
You can make all kinds of variations, like with anise seeds (crushed in pestle & mortar).
This dough should not be too moist, in fact it is rather thick.
Put into cookie gun and press out cookies.
