DAIRY FREE ICE CREAM

5 frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
1 tablespoon SCD mayonnaise
a little water
honey to taste (1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon crushed pecans

Combine first three ingredients in narrow container. process with hand blender.
Add pecans and extra honey if desired.
