FAUX CORNBREAD

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1 egg
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbs olive oil
Optional 1/2 cup cooked veggies
Optional 1/4 cup grated goat cheese
1/4 cup water
Mix all together in a bowl.
These can be made in a loaf pan or made like cornbread muffins.
You can also add some cooked peppers and spices to make more of a spicy version.
These are delicious and taste a lot like cornbread.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
