GUACAMOLE

2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 plum tomato, diced
salt to taste

Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
Using a spoon, scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
Mash the avocado flesh together with the garlic and lime juice.
Stir in tomato and add salt to taste.
Serves 4-6.
