LAMB LOAF

10 ounces lean or medium minced lamb
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 clive minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon minced parsley
2 minced fresh spearmint leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix ingredients well and press into an onion soup dish. Bake uncovered one hour.
Drain drippings.
