1 egg
2 tablespoons DCCC
1 tablspoon yogurt
pinch dry mustard
1-2 oz. Cheddar Cheese, crumbled
1 slice raw bacon cut into small pieces
a little diced onion
minced parsley

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine egg, yogurt and DCC in narrow container and process with a hand blender until smooth. Add bacon, Cheddar cheese and onion. Pour into an ungreased onion soup dish. Sprinkle on parsley. Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool five minutes before serving.
