RANCH DIP

1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup cauliflower juice
4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 teaspoon home dried onion powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon home dried garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix the cashews in the blender until well processed.
Pour in
cauliflower juice and lemon juice.
Once well-blended, add
seasonings.
Very slowly drizzle oil in as you continue to blend.
The mixture will emulsify.
Refrigerate.
