TURKEY MEATBALLS

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 - 1/2 cup nut flour
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
1 egg
Combine all ingredients in food processor until combined.
Line a
cookie sheet with aluminum foil and preheat oven to 375.
Roll meat
into little meatballs and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 20-30
minutes (until golden brown).
These can be put into homemade tomato sauce or just eaten plain and
dipped in homemade ketchup. Either way, my kids love them!
